 Jim Zwack
President
Founder and President of Sierra Data Group, Inc., Jim has over 25 years combined
experience in computer operations, database design and and retail management. In
the past 15 years, Jim was Vice President of a third party administration (TPA)
and consulting firm providing services in excess of 50,000 participants. Additionally,
this included responsibility for the operations of the California and Hawaii offices.
Jim has been married for 25 years with a daughter in college. In his off time, he
can be found hiking, kayaking and camping in the high country of the local Sierra
Nevada mountains with his family.
 John Brownfield
Chief Technology Officer
John Brownfield is responsible for the technological side of the business with over
25 years of experience in information technology. He was a communications specialist
in the Navy, and has been working with computers and networks since the early 80’s.
His experience included technology projects for companies such as Lesher Communications,
The Sharper Image, and Network Appliance. For 13 years John built and managed a
nationwide computer network for the Educational Research and Development company
WestED, based in San Francisco. In 2003 John became Director of Information Technology
for a financial services company in Walnut Creek where he met Jim building the working
relationship which ultimately brought him to join Sierra Data Group in 2006 as Chief
Technology Officer.
